How do I determine my size?

We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. We recommend comparing your measurements to the chart for the best fit. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact our customer service team for personalized sizing advice.

Part of my order is missing

 

We sincerely apologize for any missing items in your Cademi order. Please immediately contact our customer service team at assistance@cademiwear.com with your order number and a list of the missing items. We will investigate the issue and ensure the missing items are shipped to you as quickly as possible, or provide a refund if necessary.

Where is my order? I haven't received it yet.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received a tracking number or have any concerns, please contact our customer service team at assistance@cademiwear.com with your order number, and we'll be happy to assist you.

How do I care for my Cademi garments?

To ensure the longevity of your Cademi pieces, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment's label. Generally, we suggest machine washing in cold water and air drying or tumble drying on low heat. For delicate items, hand washing or dry cleaning may be required.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the "Order History" section.

What is your return policy? 

We offer a 30 day return policy for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page on our website for detailed instructions and to initiate a return.

I forgot to use my discount code

 

We understand how frustrating it can be to miss a discount! Unfortunately, our system doesn't allow us to manually apply discount codes after an order has been placed. However, please reach out to our customer service team at assistance@cademiwear.com with your order number and the discount code. We may be able to offer you a future discount or store credit as a gesture of goodwill.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be purchased on our website. They make the perfect gift for any Cademi enthusiast! Gift cards are delivered via email and can be redeemed at checkout.
